Hoya

Hoya are mostly tropical plants found across Asia, Philipines, Australia, New Guinea and Polynesia. Gennerally vining they are well known for their sweet smelling flowers (if given the right conditions) and take the common names wax plant and porcelain flower. The genus contains about 300 species.

Growing Conditions:

Light: Bright but avoid direct sun.

Temperature and humidity: Moderate to warm. Moderate to high humidity.

Feeding: Every three weeks.

Watering: Water when compost surface dry. Avoid overwatering.

Propagation: Tip cuttings.
