Part of the Schefflera family, this plant is guaranteed to grab attention! 
 
Very easy to care for, the roots of this plant have grown around the lava rock and as the rock absorbs the water, the plant takes its nutrients from there! Just make sure the tray is at least half full of water at all times. If you notice the leaves turning yellow, its likely the roots have grown too far into the tray and is taking too much water so you can cut these off when they reach the bottom of the tray.
 
Keep this plant in a humid enviroment with brigh indirect sunlight. It is advised to use filtered water on this plant as hardwater can cause marks on the lava rock.
 
You will likely notice some green algae growing on the rock over time, this is completely normal and healthy for your plant but you can gently wipe it away if you don't like that look!
